A much needed weekend.

What a weekend. I loved every minute of it... almost. At least until the part that I got sick. Friday I went to see Little Red Riding Hood with my sisters. LOVED IT!!!! I absolutely loved it.

Saturday I got to spend some time with my cousin (by marriage) Ashlee. She's married to my cousin Stephen. It was really nice to spend the time with her and get to know her more. I really enjoyed it.

After I got home I got to take a nap. :) Love naps. Then I went and got to spend some much needed quality time with my Trish!!!! She came into town with her hubby to get all their stuff so that their house isn't just an empty hole. So I got to steal her Saturday. We went down to Allure with Jenny, Heidi (a blast from my past from my days at Shopko), Ariel and Amelia. Danced the night away. My legs KILLED. After dropping everyone off neither of us wanted to go home so we wasted time by slowly going home. I'm so glad I got to see her I miss her so so so much.

Sunday night was the Bomber meeting, finally getting the contracts signed and letting everyone know what we're doing to move forward. We've got things a little bit more orgainized which is really nice. Plus we got to order our Mardi Gras outfits from Ariana. I got a pretty dress as well! :) Yes I will own a dress by this weekend. I know right? Hell is freezing over. I want to be a successful business woman though so that means that I need to start dressing like one. Taking better care of myself.

That was when I got sick. :( I was supposed to go and celebrate my Cera Foo's birthday and I got sick. I was pissed. So to make it up to her. Dinner/lunch on me :) go spend some quality time with her. She's going to be moving soon and I'm going to miss her so much!!! Sucks. So I need to take advantage of seeing her while I can.

Stahle Family Pictures

The Army let Stephen and Brian come back for Thanksgiving before heading out to Afganistan, so the family decided to take advantage of the situation and get pictures done. Karin took some seperate ones just for us. It was an aweome day, I had a ton of fun.

The first day of the rest of my life.

I am having the best day. I don't know why but I woke up just in a good mood. It could due to the fact I slept all day yesterday and actually got good sleep. Whatever the reason I just feel good, motivated, and in a loving mood.

Keyword:TIME MANAGEMENT. I need to learn and practice it. I spent the weekend working, as usual, except Saturday. Saturday I spent sleeping and with Dave. We had food and brownies and watched a movie and then today I got some seriously needed cuddle time. It seriously was needed badly and I loved it. Granted it wasn't very long but it was perfect. Made for an excellent start for the day. Yes, I didn't get to see any of my girls, but I needed the time with Dave and I know they understand.

So I decided that I need to figure out my calendar a bit better. Its why I bought one after all. So my plan for the time management is for my girls that I need to see (you know who you are) I can plan girls nights with. However, I will need to do them on weekends that we don't have the kids, or whatever we're planning will need to be after they go to bed. Or for my girls that I can do lunches with we can plan them in the mornings and I'll jsut wake up earlier. Then I'll also plan them around my time with Dave. We're going to take every minute we can get. So that may mean I'm waking up earlier or staying up a bit longer.

As for me. I started today getting the tattoo that I have been waiting for months to get, and let me tell you it was all worth it. Sarah knew exactly what I was needing. Its a Goddess symbol where the moons on the side have been interwined into a Celtic knot.

The woman herself, represents the Goddess, a strong, powerful woman. The Spiral inside of her means healing.

The moons, if you look closely are different. They represent the different sides of a situation.

Then on both sides, framing the rose they end in a heart. Meaning that no matter what way you choose the end should end in love, or good karma.

This is to always remind me that I need to keep positive and do what I think is right. No matter who or what the circumstance. We're going to make it look like stone. This is just the outline. Its going to look amazing when its done. I couldn't be happier with it. Sarah got it right on the money.

I always want to have good karma in my life. Life is to short to waste it on drama and negative things. I'd rather focus on life with Dave and the kids making every moment count. They are my life and the people I've been close with are so amazing and I am so blessed to have them around me.

I do want to improve on myself though. I'm getting my hair done really pretty and I need to continue to work out. I need to start studing my German. Its really important to me to learn it. It my family language and I want to teach my kids how to speak it. I need to start a schedule to keep it going. Dedicate time and effort to it.

I am looking forward to this next year though. As long as Dave and I continue to budget as we have been I should hopefully be able to return to school and get a law degree. Once I have that I am hoping to get on here at England so that I don't have to change jobs just different departments.

Life is just looking good to me today and I am so looking forward to the future.

Christmas!

Well dispite everything we've tried to do this year, its all turning out pretty good. Spent money we shouldn't have, but its Christmas and it only comes once a year. We can get it figured out.

Christmas Eve was spent grocery shopping and running presents around to family and sleeping. I had to work at 0200-0700. After work I ran home and cleaned the house. Sorta. Dave actually helped a lot and made the most delicous meal ever! While we were cleaning I got my present - a new camcorder! Its so cute and little. Still trying to get used to it.

The Biesingers (Mom, Dad, Summer, Aspen, and Bobby) and Dad all came over for lunch. Dad got here about 10 min before the kids and the Biesinger's showed up. They opened presents and we ate lunch. I think they are pretty happy. They don't want to seem to talk about Christmas with their mom very much so I hope that they are happy.

Music! Music! Music!

I absolutely LOVE music. It's been the biggest part of my life, and its incorporated throughout my family as well.

My Aunt Heidi and Uncle Greg have always been doing musicals of one sort or another. Heidi actually had a singing group that would perform during the summer that all my cousin's were involved in. Unfortunately me being 2 states away hindered my ability to join. So I just got the cool shirts lol.

From an early age I always remember singing as loud as we could with my dad in the car to Celine Dion and any good Broadway musical, always blaring loud. Then when we were with my mom the music was always country music or whatever was playing on 100.3 FM and it was way to low to where we'd have to stick our heads into the speaker to hear it. I had my favorites with each, and as I started to get older my sisters actually turned me onto the Britney Spears pop world of music.

Karin has always been very outgoing and tried new things and so her friends were usually the same and listened to this whole new world of the Dance pop culture of music. Once I heard that I of course fell in LOVE with it. Then as I tried to impress boys I learned of what I call Hard Rock such as the System of a Down and Rob Zombie. I also went into my past and started to learn about the glory of the 80's. Pat Benatar has the most amazing voice I have ever heard.
One thing I do treasure is that I was exposed to so many kinds of music. From the magic and power of Broadway to the soul and heart of Country to the sass of Pop/Dance, Its all amazing.
